Shakespeare may not have said "the course of true website development never did run smooth" but he could have, and it is certainly true nevertheless.

Building websites can be an exercise in frustration, stress, misunderstandings and stubborn technology. But once the process is done, and the website launches, everyone is happy.

But not everyone expresses that happiness. A site goes up and there is nothing more to be heard from the client. We assume they are happy or they would pick up the phone and yell in our ears.

So when a comment comes in from a happy client, we kvell (swell up with pride). And kvell we did when we received this letter of praise:
