The eWinery Solutions Club Management package allows new users to join your wine club online and gain instant access to all club member benefits. All members are assigned a unique user ID and password which enables them to login to your system and receive all appropriate club discounts. While logged in they will also be able to:
Set different teasers for members and non-members. For example, if your volume discounts are different for members than they are for non-members, you can display the appropriate information based on whether or not a customer is logged in as a member.
Manage all of your contacts easily online by creating an unlimited number of different member types in your admin panel. This allows you to market to each group individually, as promotional offers and email blasts can be designated for use by specific member types. Would you like to offer a more substantial discount to your elite club members vs. your standard club members? No problem. You may also want to ask specific consumer interest questions of your club members and send emails based on those responses.
Our admin panel allows you to view and/or edit the following club member data: a) birth date, name, address, email, username, and password, b) credit card name, number, and expiration date, c) member types, d) club memberships and most recent ship dates, e) preferences, f) order history and tracking information, g) stats such as date added and last date modified.
The List Builder then allows you to create mailing lists based on specific member information and market appropriately. The lists that you create and save are automatically updated to include new customers that meet the criteria you have established.
For example, you may decide to send a special offer or gift to members on their five year anniversary as part of a continuity program. You may also want to email members residing in certain parts of the country to notify them of potential weather holds.
