Populating your database
eWinery Solutions is able to migrate all your customer data from any existing site and port it over into your new site so you will be able to keep all customer information and sales history.
Keeping your customer's purchase history is important as it will allow you to continue to monitor sales from each customer and know his purchasing patterns. You will continue to know who your best customers are and what their purchasing preferences are. In addition, we can capture your wine club membership lists as well as any additional customer and product lists you may have on your existing site.

We offer several easy to use tools that can help you build and maintain a strong customer database.

New Member Import - Import basic lists of new contacts using our customer import tools. This allows you to easily import contacts collected from business cards or a physical sign up sheet. These contacts can be regular customers or your new wine club members.
Member Maintenance - Our
Member Maintenance tool will help you identify and merge any duplicate customer records in you system based a several different search criteria. Having a clean database free of duplicates allows you to more accurately report on and segment your customer list.
My Account Access - All of you customers will have access to their account via that "My Account" link on your website. This allows your customer to edit their account information keeping your database as up to date as possible.
